Copyright Protection Commitment: WAV PRO respects intellectual property rights and adheres to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.

1. Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notice

WAV PRO is an automated online tool designed to convert video links provided by users into standard audio formats for personal use. WAV PRO does not host, store, or index copyrighted audio files permanently on its servers. All converted files are automatically purged after 15 minutes.

However, we strictly respect the intellectual property rights of creators and copyright owners.

2. Notice of Alleged Infringement (Takedown Notice)

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that any material accessed via yt-to-wav.com infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA notice containing the following information:

Identification of Copyrighted Work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
Identification of Infringing URL: The specific URL or link on YouTube or our service that you wish to block.
Contact Information: Your name, physical address, telephone number, and email address.
Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Accuracy Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Electronic Signature: An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. Submitting DMCA Takedown Requests

Please send all formal DMCA notices via our official Contact Form with the subject line "DMCA Copyright Takedown Request".

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will investigate and take appropriate action, including blocking domain or video conversion requests for the specified material within 24–48 hours.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, WAV PRO maintains a policy of terminating or blocking access for users or IP addresses that repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
